The city of Lincoln is set to have ‘the next big thing’ in offices from early next year according to one of the city’s leading architecture firms.

LK2, the firm that designed the new building which is currently under construction in Nettleham, has said that the new hybrid office will cater for forward-thinking businesses looking to revolutionise the way that they operate, offering business efficiencies and flexible working models for their staff simultaneously.

The new concept offers businesses versatile, modern workspaces as part of Studio One’s all-inclusive membership packages from Spring 2022.

The work areas can be used on a rotational basis within the staff team thereby facilitating business cost-saving measures. The larger meeting areas and suites then allow for full team meets and corporate meeting spaces should the need arise for the respective businesses. And with 4,000sqft shared between 20 memberships, you are getting great value for money.

Currently under construction, Studio One’s main objective is also to reduce time-consuming administration for their members by offering utilities, business rates, insurances*, telecoms-including a designated phone line and cleaning as part of their all-inclusive monthly fee.

Studio One claim that this new model is revolutionising the way that we will work in the future. Studio One’s director Dale Lui said: "Studio One offers the best that we’ve seen from various London offices, and we have adapted them to enhance the offering and to cater for a Lincolnshire audience.

"With 24/7 building access, international trading and flexible work models are both catered, in abundance. Additions such as biophilic interior design, a Health & Well-being suite, and a positive work environment, all create spaces where people want to be and encourages both physical and mental well-being for those in them.

"All of these underpin our architectural designer’s philosophy and integrate the home-from-home agile working model, by allowing multiple users per dedicated work area, which we call ‘memberships’. Staff teams can enjoy regular, rotational days in the office and then collectively convene in our large meeting rooms for weekly or bi-weekly whole team catch ups. Our architects have so much confidence in the model, that the LK2 team will be the first tenants to take up space in the building."

With the costs of running a business constantly on the rise and the administration of businesses becoming more and more cumbersome, Studio One may be the solution for many. With costs of city parking upwards of £1,200 per year, Studio One offers a cost saving here too. With designated members parking and free visitor parking, and the office located just minutes from both the A46 and A15 arterial routes, visitors and members alike can enjoy a hassle-free journey to the office.

The hybrid offices are currently under construction, so visits to the site are extremely limited.

As an introductory offer, there are a restricted number of memberships at a reduced rate for a limited time. Michelle Thomas, Studio One’s Marketing Manager said: "The offices are already now 50% let when we open in Spring 2022. We are offering a small window of opportunity for businesses to take advantage of this reduced offer, giving plenty of time for their necessary operational arrangements to be made before our opening in Spring next year."
