Stirlin Starts Work on Bespoke Office Development in Aisthorpe
Lincolnshire construction contractor Stirlin has started work on a new office development in Aisthorpe, Lincolnshire, for a private client.
Stirlin will deliver a bespoke new headquarters, creating a high-quality modern working environment which reflects the character of its rural Lincolnshire setting.
Designed by LK2 Architects, the building will combine traditional architectural features, including natural stone and a pantile roof, with contemporary office accommodation tailored to the client’s operational requirements.
A strong focus has been placed on quality throughout the design, with carefully selected construction materials and a considered approach to detailing helping to create a building that is both visually distinctive and built for long-term use.
The intention is to deliver a durable, high-quality workplace that will continue to serve its end users for many years to come.
Stirlin has now mobilised on site, and archaeological works and the first stages of construction are underay ahead of the main build progressing over the coming months.
The project is another significant addition to Stirlin’s growing portfolio of commercial developments across Lincolnshire and the wider region, demonstrating the company’s experience in delivering bespoke buildings designed around the individual requirements of its clients.
James Kirby, Director at Stirlin, said:
“We’re very pleased to have started work on what is an exciting project for a valued private client. The scheme has been carefully designed to create a high-quality modern headquarters while remaining sympathetic to its rural surroundings.
“There is a real emphasis on quality materials, traditional detailing and longevity, ensuring the finished building not only looks right within its setting, but is also built to stand the test of time for the people who will use it.
“It’s always rewarding to see a project move from the planning and design stages into construction and we’re looking forward to working closely with the project team to bring the client’s vision to life.”
A spokesperson from LK2 Architects added:
“We are proud to be part of the highly skilled local project team, working towards a new fit-for-purpose office for the family-run client. We look forward to overseeing the design delivery and seeing the new offices in use for the estate in early 2027.”
