We are delighted to announce that Naomi's Garden will be our Charity Partner for 2026/27.

Naomi's Garden, located in Manby near Louth, offers Conductive Education and SEND Consultant services, supporting both children and adults with additional needs and providing vital respite for their families.

Team Lincolnshire had been considering a charity partner for some time and were approached by ambassador Sara Boland from Influence Landscape Planning & Design to nominate Naomi's Garden, which was a charity Sara had been championing for some time.

We had several meetings and the team went out to visit the site, which is located in the guard room of the old RAF Manby and more recently the former headquarters of East Lindsey District Council. The charity had recently secured major funding to start renovations which were being project managed by Blueprint Interiors.

With collaboration being a core value of Team Lincolnshire, we were further delighted to discover that many Team Lincolnshire ambassadors were already supporting this amazing charity and included: Addison Hunt, Willmot Dixon, Alan Wood & Partners, Wilkin Chapman Rollitis, Lincolnshire Co-op, GF Tomlinson, Gleeds, Tradeglaze, Jennie Holland PR, Systematic/Oodle, East Lindsey District Council, Knights, Pick Everard, Make An Entrance, Influence & APSS.

Jo Andrews from Team Lincolnshire said:

"We had been considering implementing a charity partner for some time and we are delighted to have Naomi's Garden as our inaugural charity. We are looking forward to working with them to raise vital funds for this amazing Lincolnshire charity which will start with a raffle at our upcoming summer networking event at Doddington Hall"

Sara Boland, MD Influence said:

"I am so proud and grateful to Team Lincolnshire for selecting Naomi's Garden as their inaugural Charity of the Year. Having grown up in the county and now living locally to the charity in the heart of Lincolnshire, it's so important to have a group of friends and colleagues who genuinely demonstrate 'Together We Are Greater.' So many ambassadors have already lent their support, and we hope that over the next year many more will join us."

Sarah-Jayne, CEO Naomi's Garden said:

"As a small charity based in the heart of Lincolnshire, it means so much to be chosen as Team Lincolnshire’s Charity of the Year. We support some of the most vulnerable people in our county, often after they have been told they never will, or never will again.

"The ambassadors of Team Lincolnshire have already added so much value to our journey, especially Sara Boland from Influence, who has believed in us unconditionally and generously from the beginning. By backing Naomi’s Garden, you are not just backing our team. You are backing every family who uses our services. You are telling them they are seen, valued and important too. Thank you for believing in us as much as we believe in them."

John Tansur, Commercial Director Blueprint Interiors further commented:

"When Sarah-Jayne introduced us to Naomi's Garden and explained the predicament they were in, we knew that we had to help. Having supported a similar charity, Footprints in Nottingham, in 2025, we understood the requirements of the project and knew our team would want to repeat that experience. With our in-house designers and trusted supply partners, we have been able to start bringing the vision to life. Having Team Lincolnshire and their Ambassadors lend their support will open the project up to our wider business community."

The intention is to hold a series of charity raffles at our major events along with organising an ambassador action day where we come together to complete a project at the centre. While the charity received significant funding to complete the renovations of the building they still require equipment to enable the centre to open.

Want to get involved either by making a financial donation via their gofundme page or donating equipment or time - please get in touch with Sarah-Jayne here.

Ambassadors will receive a full update at the Team Lincolnshire Annual Conference on 1st October and details of how they can nominate the next charity partner for 2027/28!
