October 2025 marked a defining milestone in Daniel Charles’ commitment to its people as the company officially transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in its 20th anniversary year.

The transition represents a significant step in securing the long-term future of the business while placing employees at the heart of its continued success. Under the EOT structure, Daniel Charles is now owned on behalf of its employees, giving them a direct and meaningful involvement in the organisation and reinforcing a strong, people-first culture.

The decision to become employee owned during the company’s 20th year reflects both a celebration of past success and a commitment to building a sustainable future. Employee ownership helps protect the company’s independence, values and culture while supporting long-term stability, engagement and growth.

Commenting on the announcement, Daniel Ingall, Managing Director of Daniel Charles, said:

“Reaching our 20th anniversary was the perfect moment to look ahead and ensure that the future of Daniel Charles is shaped by the people who make it what it is.

“Becoming employee owned recognises the contribution of our team and allows them to be part of the shared success. This is not just a milestone for the business, but a reflection of who we are and how we want to grow. Here’s to the next 20 years of Daniel Charles!”

This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Daniel Charles, one which is built on shared ownership, collective responsibility and a continued commitment to clients, colleagues and long-term success.
