Rebrand Reinforces Property Firm’s Corporate Credentials
The rebrand of property firm Eddisons as BTG Eddisons reinforces its corporate credentials by referencing parent company Begbies Traynor Group, now known as BTG.
That’s the view of BTG Eddisons’ Regional Managing Director Gavin Hynes, who believes the explicit corporate connection in the name is a benefit to the firm’s clients at its four main East Midlands offices in Lincoln, Kettering, Northampton and Leicester.
The new BTG Eddisons brand offers clients greater access to all financial and real estate advisory services across the BTG group, including financial advisory and restructuring among other business services.
BTG Eddisons offers agency and auctions, valuation and asset advisory, projects and developments, and property management and insurance.
These teams will collaborate with parent company BTG’s restructuring, financial advisory, deal advisory, and funding and insurance service lines.
Explaining the rationale for the rebrand, Gavin Hynes said:
“In acting for clients, we already support some beyond a conventional property offering.
“Rebranding as BTG Eddisons identifies us more closely from the outset with the wide range of skillsets of our BTG colleagues and makes it clear to clients that they can gain from a collaboration of business expertise that is multi-disciplinary and UK-wide.
“Identifying more explicitly with BTG will not affect how we at BTG Eddisons work with our clients. They can be sure they will continue to work with the same trusted professionals whose first priority is the advancement of clients’ commercial property business interests.”
