Corrboard Strengthens Customer Service Team with Two New Appointments

CorrBoard UK has appointed Cheryl Andrew and Siobhan Taylor as customer service administrators, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of customer support.

Cheryl and Siobhan join the Scunthorpe-based sheet-feeding specialist as it continues to invest in people and provide the infrastructure needed to focus on providing reliable and responsive support to deliver on time, in full and at quality.

Cheryl brings extensive experience in customer service management and will liaise across departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, maintaining the service levels and attention to detail CorrBoard’s customers have come to expect.

In her new role, Siobhan will engage directly with customers, manage order processing and ensure that service standards are maintained from initial order to delivery and beyond. Her strong focus on communication and organisational skills will play a vital role in her new position.
