Team Lincolnshire December Update

As 2025 comes to a close here’s a snapshot of some of the current projects you have been collaborating on in December:

• Team Lincolnshire welcomed Wood Moore & Co, Corporate Friends of Lincoln Cathedral, Beyond Touch and Turner & Townsend as new ambassadors in December.

• Ambassadors Influence, Lindum Group have collaborated with Lincoln City FC to create Poacher's Patch, a vibrant new space for participants and staff. This new green space will enhance the delivery of Foundation programmes.

• Boston College has taken a significant step forward after receiving £35,200 from Lincolnshire FA Football Foundation’s Grass Pitch Maintenance Fund.

• Significant progress has been made by Lindum Group over the last couple of weeks on Crown House project in Boston on behalf of Boston Borough Council. Stem Architects worked on the project and marketed by Eddisons.

• Homes by Stirlin have completed the first phase of the 93-home development ‘Woodbank’ in Skellingthorpe, Lincolnshire.

• In an initiative led by ambassadors Lloyds Banking Group, Knights & Wright Vigar, Tradeglaze collaborated to collect gifts to support children in need across Lincoln as part of this year’s community gift appeal.

• A newly extended CATCH conference centre continues at pace which is being delivered by Lindum Group.

• Stirlin, alongside Stem Architects have been shortlisted for Residential Project of the Year at the Property and Construction Awards 2026 for their Sheridan House project on behalf of YMCA Lincolnshire.

• City of Lincoln council have confirmed conditional planning permission has been granted for the delivery of 50 new council homes at Jasmin Green in Birchwood.

• Amplius have completed The Skylarks - a 64-home affordable housing development in Frampton, near Boston.

• Fytche Taylor Planning are pleased to have secured outline planning permission for 47 new homes in Heckington on behalf of Lindum Homes.

• Evolve Geo-Environmental Ltd have been shortedlisted in the Client Advisor of the Year category in the Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards.
