Collaboration at Its Best! Meet Tim Downing - Pygott & Crone
Each month we want to update you on how Team Lincolnshire members are collaborating together and helping bring new investment and creating new opportunities across the region and beyond.
This month Team Lincs HQ caught up with Tim Downing, MD at Pygott & Crone. Tim shared some examples on how Team Lincolnshire has created new opportunities for his businesses and introduced him to the many companies Pygott & Crone are now working with.
One of Greater Lincolnshire's most prominent and prestigious schemes is the South Lincolnshire Food Enterprise Zone, which is currently being built at Holbeach. Pygott & Crone were recently appointed commercial agent for the development, however a whole plethora of Team Lincs members have been involved in the project; some from inception. These include Gleeds, Core Architects, Globe and Delta Simons and Influence Landscape Architects
Tim also introduced Lincolnshire County Council to the publisher; digital events and marketing company 3FOX who are supporting Team Lincolnshire deliver a series of interactive webinars, promoting investment opportunities in the region. This includes the SiteMatch365 webinar dedicated to attracting new investors to the FEZ.
Stirlin Developments are also working with Pygott & Crone to bring forward the Leafbridge Business Park. A 44-acre commercial development located to the South West of Lincoln, Leafbridge offers high quality employment space to a large range of businesses, whether they’re national operators, who want a presence in Lincoln, or local firms who need to relocate due to expansion. Stirlin have also worked with a number of Team Lincolnshire members including Delta Simons, Globe and Influence Tim was able to introduce Stirlin to a number of London based clients looking to expand in the region.
Invest Gainsborough is a key driver in bringing new development and investment to Gainsborough. Pygott & Crone, Stirlin and Invest Gainsborough have been proactively working together to progress the Foxby Lane development; which provides much needed employment space to accommodate the incredible growth of this bustling market town.
In the North Kesteven area Pygott & Crone were instrumental in persuading Taggart Homes to purchase a large development site in Sleaford. They are now working with Jenni Holland PR, Globe, Core Architects and Delta Simons to bring forward this much needed residential project.
On the sports front as well as introducing Team Lincolnshire to a host of rugby marvels (including Team Lincs member Wingman – founded by England legend Rory Underwood). Pygott & Crone are now the proud sponsor of Lincoln City Football Club's Ladies Team and are also working with the Lincoln City Foundation.
He is also collaborating with Roythornes, Duncan & Toplis. As if this isn't enough, Tim continues to introduce new companies to our ambassador scheme most recently Whittam Cox and Hemswell Court.
This is just one company's example of how Team Lincolnshire has not only opened up a wealth of opportunity and collaboration, but also how they are actively contributing to growth and investment across Greater Lincolnshire; helping sustain the economic future of the region.
