YMD Boon Strengthen Architecture Leadership Team

YMD Boon has expanded its architecture leadership team with the promotion of Marcus Austen to Associate Architect.
Marcus' promotion is a key milestone in his professional development and a reflection of the practice’s continued growth across the Midlands.
In his new position, he will take on a leading role within the architectural team and support the development of projects across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. He will continue to provide expertise to long-standing clients in Nottingham and work closely with the wider architecture team across all regions.
Marcus joined YMD Boon in January 2024 as a Project Architect and has quickly made a strong impact across several high-profile projects. Marcus brings thoughtful design, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to every project he works on.
