Team Lincolnshire March Update

This month we have been delighted to see so many Team Lincolnshire members collaborating together, as well has helping drive forward a host of projects for our great region
Here is just a snap shot of what you have been up to.
Our members are often seen nurturing young talent via our HE organisations and ambassador BE Designs have been mentoring architecture students at the University of Lincoln. North Kesteven District Council is working with Banks Long & Co to promote the £56m Sleaford Moor Enterprise Park which will unlock new business opportunities and bring up to 500 jobs to the area. Whilst in the south of the county South Kesteven District Council are working with Lindum on the transformation of the former St. John's Ambulance site into two storeys of open plan office space. Banks Long & Co is also the sole agent to market the iconic Judges Lodgings building for Lincolnshire County Council.
Magna Vitae are supporting East Lindsey District Council in delivering an investment programme to improve sports facilities in the district.
Longhurst and Lindum are working together on a new housing development on a former hospital site in Spalding, creating 36 new homes. Meanwhile Pygott & Crone have introduced Taggart Homes to Lincolnshire. The UK wide house builders have subsequently purchased a large site in Sleaford, with plans to develop residential. The project also involves additional Team Lincolnshire members Core Architects, Globe Planning, Delta Simons and Jennie Holland PR. Indeed Pygott and Crone are working with a number of Team Lincolnshire members more of which is outlined here.
Lincoln City Football Club has appointed fellow Team Lincolnshire members Wilkin Chapman as their legal representatives.
Team Lincolnshire is also helping drive our Foreign Direct Investment programme (FDI). North Lincolnshire County Council together with Lincolnshire County Council and the Greater Lincolnshire LEP are supporting a company to expand with an investment of £1.6M, as well as creating nine jobs. South Holland District Council again with support from LCC and GLLEP are supporting a food sector business to expand with investment into new office accommodation and IT infrastructure.
Lincolnshire County Council is also working with Faithful & Gould, Lindum, Longhurst and Henry Riley to collate research to help shape a MMC business plan for our region.
