Metheringham Development Enters Second Phase Thanks to Partnership

Homestead Fields, a major residential development in Metheringham, has entered the second phase of construction thanks to a partnership between Tradeglaze (Lincoln) and Wilcox Homes.
New access has been created to the 329-home site from the main Lincoln-bound road, marking another exciting chapter in this thriving Lincolnshire community.
Tradeglaze, a trusted supplier to Wilcox Homes for over a decade, is providing performance glazing to all new homes, from thermally efficient windows to ultra-secure composite doors and elegant bifolds to the rear of properties.
Their expert team specified glazing in a variety of styles and finishes to help create homes that feel personal, welcoming and connected to their surroundings.
Brian Pearson, Senior Account Manager at Tradeglaze, said:
“We have worked closely with Wilcox Homes for many years and it’s a pleasure to partner on a project of this scale and community impact.
“The Wilcox family works with local trades wherever they can. Our glazing products are made locally in Lincoln and installed by our in-house specialists, and the partnership has gone from strength to strength. We are proud to support sustainable construction.”
Wilcox Homes has also remained closely involved with the existing Metheringham community throughout the development. The company has worked with local schools, hosted public events, and placed emphasis on green spaces, landscaping and biodiversity.
Ollie Wilcox, Construction Manager at Wilcox Homes, said:
“We have a commitment to green public open spaces and we are actively working towards building a lovely community here in Metheringham. The Wilcox family feels very proud to be a part of creating this.”
Homestead Fields is designed to blend quality architecture with the surrounding natural environment, creating a development that prioritises both design excellence and community connection.
Tradeglaze’s locally manufactured, energy-efficient products play a key role in realising that vision.
