Eddisons Remains at the Top for Lincolnshire Commercial Property Deals

The firm has, for the second year in succession, been rated as the most active property agent in Lincolnshire in completing 127 deals throughout 2024 across all commercial property sectors.

Eddisons’ Lincoln-based agents dominated the individual dealmakers rankings for the county too in occupying half of the top ten slots with Cameron McRae identified as the most active agent for deals. Plus, deals done in Lincolnshire by colleagues from the neighbouring county of Cambridgeshire mean no fewer than seven of the top ten positions were secured by Eddisons’ agents.

Additionally, Jasper Nilsson, of the Lincoln office, made the top ten for individual dealmakers in the wider East Midlands regional category.

Eddisons’ regional success in the rankings is echoed at a national level where the firm took the number one agency slot in England for completing 804 property deals, covering over 3 million sq ft of commercial property space.
