New Innovation Park Unveiled in South Lincolnshire's Food Enterprise Zone
A major new commercial development in South Lincolnshire’s Food Enterprise Zone (FEZ) is set to bolster the region’s reputation as the UK’s "Food Valley."
Eddisons, in collaboration with Poyntons Consultancy and on behalf of Stirlin, has launched Stirlin Innovation Park - a 22,000 sq ft state-of-the-art industrial and office complex on a 1.23-acre site near Holbeach.
The scheme received planning approval earlier this year and features 12 high-specification purpose built industrial business units ranging in size from 1,313 sq ft to 2,152 sq ft. They are available for sale on a long lease basis or, subject to negotiation and agreement, for let. Four of the units will also include first-floor office space, while all units provide workshop and production facilities.
Strategically located within the South Lincolnshire FEZ - just eight miles from Spalding and 24 miles from Peterborough—the site benefits from excellent connectivity at the intersection of the A17 and A151 trunk roads.
The South Lincolnshire FEZ is home to a range of public and private sector partners involved in pioneering further developments in the county’s key AgriTech sector, including the University of Lincoln.
As one of the newest schemes on the wider site, occupiers at Stirlin Innovation Park will also have access to the site’s shared ‘Hub’ facility, designed for networking, events, catering, and business support services.
