Team Lincolnshire May Update

May saw one of the busiest months for collaborations with a massive 17 ambassadors coming together to help deliver UKREiiF 2024, showcasing our key sectors in Greater Lincolnshire.

Here’s a snapshot of some of the current projects you have been collaborating on:

  • Team Lincolnshire is all about collaboration and we worked with 17 ambassadors to deliver the Greater Lincolnshire Pavilion at this years UKREiiF.  Thank you to the Greater Lincolnshire councils and districts, Greater Lincolnshire LEP for organising our speaker sessions, Stokes Tea & Coffee for their barista coffee station and prize hamper, Make An Entrance for the exceptional entrance mat, Optima Graphics for all of our printed material, Epix Media for the fantastic videos and finally to Knights & Lindum Group for sponsoring our drinks reception where we welcomed 147 guests - thank you!
  • East Lindsey DC announced the development of 28 new homes for market sale have been recently completed on a previously abandoned housing site at Draycott Way, Chapel St Leonards.
  • Jennie Holland PR appointed to work with Centrespace Design.
  • Team Lincolnshire sponsored the Women in Construction in Lincolnshire (WiCiL) networking event at UKREiiF alongside Willmott Dixon and CPMG Architects. WiCiL also includes founding members from City of Lincoln Council, Influence, Longhurst Group and BSP Consulting.
  • Team Lincolnshire welcomed new ambassador Test Fuchs to the programme.
  • Addison Hunt was the May sponsor of People in Property in Lincoln which is organised by fellow ambassadors Pygott & Crone, Willmott Dixon and Cartwright Communications.
  • G F Tomlinson Worked with Influence on the Lincs charity Naomi’s Garden build project in Louth.
  • Gleeds was a co-supporter and organiser of a significant charity dinner alongside Sandbox and Cartwright Communications - raising £95,000 for charity Switch Up.
  • Stirlin appointed Epix Media to work with them to create their new website.
  • Supported by City of Lincoln Council, Lincoln City Foundation hosted their inaugural Community World Cup at the LNER Stadium on Saturday 4 May with 18 different teams going head-to-head in a 6-a-side tournament.
  • Eddisons incorporating Banks Long & Co are working with City of Lincoln Council on the indoor market on the Cornhill.
  • Work continues to create new houses on the site of old garages in Hermit Street by Lindum on behalf of the City of Lincoln Council.
  • Alice Carter from Lincoln City Foundation delivered workshop to Lindum Group employees on the importance of wellbeing and about the work the foundation is doing to promote a healthier Lincolnshire. 
  • Stirlin continues work as the main contractor to deliver 16 independent apartments for the YMCA Sheridan House project.
