Team Lincolnshire May Update

It is fantastic to hear that so many members are working on an abundance of exciting projects.
With lots of you working together and helping drive forward so many of these schemes. Many of which support young people which is even more amazing! Here is just a roundup of what you have been up to.
JB Coaching based in Horncastle delivers primary school PE to over 60 Lincolnshire primary schools, as well as extra curriculum clubs. Running for 12 years, they have recently increased their staff and now have 25 full-time employees. Remarkably they lost no staff during Covid and continued to go into schools to support the key worker pupils. They are now looking at collaborating with a local college to grow their business further
BSP Consulting and Willmott Dixon have been working together on some terrific social value projects including offering practical advice on CV writing and mock interviews. BSP also continue to expand as a business and have recently taken on four new members of staff including graduates, taking their number of full-time employees to 65. They are also working with West Lindsey District Council and Homes England on two major residential regeneration sites, building 135 houses near the River Trent along with 60 apartments. What's more, BSP has been involved in the design of this site right from inception.
Stirlin and Pygott & Crone have plans approved for a new business park in Gainsborough - Willoughton Place. The development will accommodate 60-75 jobs, of which circa 20/25 will be new jobs; another additional boost for the area by these two dynamic ambassadors.
Staying in Gainsborough Whittam Cox is working on an Operations Depot together with West Lindsey District Council. Plus one of Gainsborough's most well-known companies – PING have taken on seven more staff and invested in even more warehouse space on a nearby industrial estate.
Over at the coast, our friends at the Lincolnshire Coastal BID are working on an amazing visitor economy project – the Lincoln IMP trail which has now made its way to the seaside! Staying on the coast Banks Long & Co are the commercial agents for the Skegness Business Park owned by LCC - which will enable even more growth and investment to come to the area.
