Bumper issue as we cover two months of collaborations. Our ambassadors continue to work to improve our region.

Here’s a snapshot of some of the current projects you have been collaborating on:

  • Working in partnership with Longhurst Group, Lindum have started work on a new development to deliver 18 affordable homes to Bassingham, near Lincoln. 
  • Richard Hardesty, Commission Manager of WSP and Stuart Butler, Capital Delivery Manager of Balfour Beatty Plc facilitated a three-session project to Level 3 construction and civil engineering students at Lincoln College.
  • Pygott & Crone announced the appointment of their new New Homes Consultant Joanna Donovan.
  • Lindum has started work on delivering 11 new affordable homes on a former garage site in Lincoln, on behalf of the City of Lincoln Council.
  • Axiom Sustainability Software welcomed Customer Experience Manager Sophie Dryden to the team.
  • Lindum have completed 12 affordable plots as part of its Hawks Chase development in Welton, near Lincoln. The homes are being handed over to repeat client Acis
  • A former social services site, previously owned by Lincolnshire County Council, is being transformed into new affordable housing under the ownership of Acis. The site, which will include 47 homes, is being developed by Acis Group in partnership with East Lindsey District Council.
  • Work has started on new dedicated workspaces at Saxilby Church of England school by Lindum.
  • Shooting Star welcomes new Digital Content Executive Dan Bratton to their team.
  • Lindum have drawn up plans for a major business park in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. Evolve Geo-Environmental have supported the ground investigation and Eddisons incorporating Banks Long & Co are the land agent.
  • Active Lincolnshire working with North Kesteven DC launched the new NK Cycling Hub at One NK, North Hykeham which will be home to their Wheels for Life.
  • Longhurst Group have taken over 16 affordable homes in Claypole which were delivered in partnership with Lindum.
  • YMD Boon are delighted to welcome Yvette Stone as their Quality Assurance & Bid Manager, as the 50th member of their team!
  • Lindum and the City of Lincoln worked with Optima Design to work with school children to create artwork around sustainable houses, electric vehicles and greenery to present a glimpse into the possibilities of a new sustainable community at the Western Growth development site.
  • Four new ambassadors have signed up to Team Lincolnshire during December & January, welcome to the team Boston College, Mike Daubney Architects, HETA & Wilson Architects!
