Whittam Cox Architects are a top 50 industry ranked, design-led architectural practice. They have over 130 employees working on a range of projects across the whole of the UK. The practice became Team Lincolnshire ambassadors back in February after having been involved in various projects across the region for over 12 years.

The practice is passionate about the continual development of the region and are currently working with fellow ambassador West Lindsey District Council and contractor Henry Boot Construction to provide a new £5 million operations depot at Caenby Corner, which is due to complete on site in the Autumn. The new depot will replace existing facilities in Gainsborough and Market Rasen that were no longer fit for purpose.

Historically, Whittam Cox have delivered one of the region’s most significant regeneration schemes at Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough. The project included the sensitive restoration of the former Britannia Iron Works to create a modern mixed-use award-winning town centre destination paving the way for the economic transformation of Gainsborough.
