Team Lincolnshire March Update

March was once again rich with ambassador collaborations; which included several new developments to encourage investment into our region.

Here’s a snapshot of some of the current projects you have been collaborating on:

  • Work has started on a joint venture between Stirlin & Castle Group on the commercial development of a new 20-acre enterprise site in West Lindsey. This will see the provision of 35,000 sq ft of premises; Banks Long & Co are the marketing agent.
  • Shakespeare Martineau are delighted to grow their team with two new appointments of a residential conveyancer and an agricultural associate.
  • Core Architects, Lindum, Lincolnshire Coop and Banks Long & Co are collaborating on the new Mosaic 2 development.
  • Lindum & Longhurst Group are developing 60 new affordable homes at Handley Chase, Sleaford.
  • Duncan & Toplis have announced the appointment of a new Tax Manager.
  • Team Lincolnshire worked with the Greater Lincolnshire LEP to represent the UK Food Valley at the Fresh Produce Consortium event in Peterborough.
  • KryptoKloud have three new starters, two SOC Analysts and a new Front of House manager.
  • Systematic & East Lindsey District Council have worked together to promote the Lincolnshire Wolds with a programme of 50 events to celebrate 50 years of being an AONB.
  • Cartwright Communications & West Lindsey District Council have worked together to promote the £18M town centre investment.
  • Team Lincolnshire, along with LCC, Greater Lincolnshire LEP, Pygott & Crone and Cartwright Communications, attended MIPIM 2023 to promote the investment opportunities within the Greater Lincolnshire & Rutland region.
  • YMD Boon announced three new appointments.
  • James Dawson partnered with Lincoln City Council on a local green space rejuvenation project 'Hope Wood' Planting over 4,000 trees, 4,000 blubs and 12,000 wildflowers.
  • Team Lincolnshire worked with St Modwen to facilitate the launch of their Phase 4 development at St Modwen Park, Lincoln, attended by 14 Team Lincolnshire ambassadors.
