Lincolnshire Investment Opportunities to be Highlighted at MIPIM

Team Lincolnshire will be attending the four-day event from 15th to 18th March.

Karen Seal (Lincolnshire County Council), Tony Reynolds (Lincolnshire County Council) and Councillor Colin Davie (Greater Lincolnshire LEP) will be joined by representatives from 17 Team Lincolnshire Ambassadors – business people who are committed to promoting the opportunities Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland have to offer.

“Our approach to MIPIM this year is focussed on targeting investors, developers and organisations that can help drive forward our key sectors, grow our economy and thus create jobs,” said Karen Seal, Principal Officer for Place & Investment at Lincolnshire County Council and lead officer for Team Lincolnshire HQ.

“We aim to make the most of what is a fantastic networking and promotional opportunity for Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland.”

“We’ll be highlighting our game-changing sectors and ambitions in areas such as agrifood and the UK Food Valley, the South Lincolnshire Food Enterprise Zone, logistics, clean energy, the Humber Freeport, hotels and residential property investment.

“MIPIM allows us to meet property professionals and investors from all over the world and to let them know about the fantastic opportunities that we have here on our doorstep.”

Team Lincolnshire will be sponsoring Team Lincolnshire Ambassador Pygott & Crone’s pre-show reception event with 65 guests attending on Monday 14th March while Lincolnshire County Council along with other fellow Ambassadors Influence, Pygott & Crone, Jennie Holland PR, and others will be hosting a Property and Construction Lunch event on Tuesday 15th March.

MIPIM usually takes place every year in March in the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

This year’s event will feature 480 keynotes and speakers and 3,800 exhibitors and will bring together property professionals from 100 different countries.
