Team Lincolnshire ambassador KryptoKloud has certainly started 2022 with a bang!

The Lincoln-based cyber security company has moved into sophisticated new office accommodation in the city’s Science and Innovation Park following a period of sustained growth and expansion.

Richard Morris from KryptoKloud says:

“Only two years ago KryptoKloud was very proud to announce the opening of its brand-new bespoke Security Operations Centre in the Boole Technology Centre. It was specifically designed to cater for an increase in demand of our cyber security and intelligence services and products.

“However, six weeks later the country was thrown into a nationwide lockdown that saw the sharpest rise ever in cyber-attacks.

“Just over a year ago when the Security Operations Centre manning was increasing, it became very apparent that KryptoKloud would be unable to sustain the rate of growth, especially in being able to accommodate the increased number of cyber analysts operating 24/7/365.”

With a nearby brownfield site being cleared for Phase Two of the Lincoln Science and Innovation Park and foundations being laid for the new Alchemy Building, an opportunity arose to relocate.

With twice the existing floor space available on the top floor, the decision was made to move and KryptoKloud has now received the keys to unlock its next chapter.

Selected internal fabricators and associated tradespeople fitted out the new offices to include a 24 position Security Operations Centre, a new kitchen/rest area, increased offices space, reception area, conference room, server room, a dedicated incident response capability room and a ‘Peleton’ room and shower facility.

Following a fresh round of recruiting, KryptoKloud is proud to be hiring some of the best and brightest Cyber Analysts from across the UK. The new starters will join an experienced team and Cyber Apprentices.

The team at KryptoKloud are very excited for the future, looking ahead to working and conducting operations from a state of the art cyber security environment and being able to take the company to yet another level that will significantly improve their capabilities and effectiveness.

Richard added: “With new clients, new starters and a new home, KryptoKloud is excited for what the new year holds…and beyond!”

KryptoKloud was established in 2016 and monitors for ‘digital risks’ identifying cyber threats, data leakage and any reputational risk through aligning technology and human analysts to best protect clients from the ever-increasing digital threat.
