Team Lincolnshire December Update
The vast array of collaborative projects our members have undertaken this year is staggering and this month’s round up is no exception. Here is just a snapshot:
- Nottingham based ambassadors CPMG have been incredibly busy of late. As well as taking on five new members of staff they are working on a vast array of projects. These include collaborating with Influence on several leisure projects on the coast, as well as collaborating with InvestSK, University of Lincoln and Lindum.
- Lindum have been collaborating with Longhurst Group creating 46 affordable homes near Grantham. They have also been working with Banks Long & Co on the Phase 3 Discovery Park.
- A new era has also begun for staff at West Lindsey District Council following the opening of a new £5 million, purpose built central depot, nearly 20 years in the making. The site near Caenby Corner was constructed and designed by partners Henry Boot Construction and TL ambassadors, Whittam Cox Architects, and was officially opened on 26 November by local constituency MP Sir Edward Leigh.
- Pygott & Crone have been appointed as the commercial agents for ELDC’s exciting Foreshore Development in Skegness.
