Registration is now open for our next Focus on Property & Construction event designed to bring construction based professionals together.

We are pleased to partner with Team Lincolnshire ambassadors Lindum Group and Lincolnshire Community & Hospitals NHS Group to host our next event focusing on the Property & Construction sector.

Delegates will hear from Katie Savage, Head of Capital, Estates and Facilities Procurement at the United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, as she shares strategic insight into the evolving NHS construction landscape, future opportunities in healthcare construction, and how organisations can position themselves to successfully partner with the NHS in delivering the next generation of healthcare infrastructure.

Following Katie's presentation there will be an opportunity for informal networking to continue the conversation.

Speaker Bio - Katie Savage

Katie Savage is Head of Capital, Estates and Facilities Procurement for United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. She has strong track record in procuring and contract managing complex estates programmes that support the transformation of healthcare environments. Her work focuses on working with the strategic planning team, supply chains, governance and  supporting the delivery of capital investment to enable modern, safe and sustainable healthcare infrastructure.

With experience working in both the Private and Public Sector across multidisciplinary teams, Katie collaborates with contractors, consultants and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while meeting the demanding operational requirements of healthcare facilities. She brings a deep understanding of NHS construction processes, procurement pathways and the importance of aligning construction delivery with clinical priorities and patient outcomes.

Katie is a strong advocate for strengthening the relationship between the NHS and industry, particularly in creating meaningful opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to participate in healthcare construction programmes. She is passionate about driving collaboration, innovation and social value through the supply chain to support both local economic growth and long-term resilience within the healthcare estate.
