South Ormsby Estate is a forward-thinking rural estate based in the Lincolnshire Wolds, combining heritage, enterprise and sustainable land use. Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the estate spans 5000 acres and includes parkland, villages and historic buildings with centuries of history.
Today, the estate is focused on regeneration and long-term value creation, supporting economic, social and environmental outcomes for the local area. A key part of this is its Business Ventures programme, which provides space, facilities and hands-on support for entrepreneurs and growing businesses.
Rather than operating as a traditional estate, South Ormsby is evolving into a collaborative rural business hub, encouraging innovation, self-employment and community-led growth. Alongside enterprise, the estate produces food and drink, hosts events and offers accommodation and experiences, creating a diverse and integrated environment where people can live, work and build businesses.
We as an estate are pleased to join Team Lincolnshire as we come out of the shadows and become a more front-facing organisation within rural Lincolnshire. We are undertaking an ambitious project to bring 500 businesses into this part of the county, and aligning ourselves with Team Lincolnshire would help support and strengthen that vision.
