Stem are a family of architectural and visual design specialists, focused on delivering creative solutions for Education, Commercial & Residential environments. Balancing imaginative ideas with commercial viability, we coordinate closely with clients and contractors to produce developments that are visionary, usable and deliver forward-thinking economic value. Our specialty lies in Architectural design and Principal Designer services; solving problems, ensuring projects stay on time and under budget.

We adhere to the requirements of our clients by both ensuring a creative design workflow accompanied by exceptional level practice and process management techniques, driving positive attitudes towards collaboration. Clients repeatedly return to us not merely due to our cutting-edge, practical architecture, but because we understand their overall vision for a project and strive to solve problems. Our aim is unlocking the true potential of developments and creating long-term, lasting economic and social value for all stakeholders.

We are a close knit practice which has grown organically over the last decade, progressively employing new team members, primarily graduates from the University of Lincoln. Continuing that tradition, our two most recent members of the team are University of Lincoln graduates who are currently studying for their MArch RIBA Part II at UOL. We have grown consistently year on year ever since and gained extensive experience in the Education, Residential and Commercial sectors respectively. Our recent Higher, Further Education and Care Home projects have facilitated us with comprehensive industry knowledge that gives our clients the confidence that we can manage both the design and technical stages.
