National Employer Training are a responsive, business and skills sector led training provider that operate across a multitude of industries and regions. 'NET' specialise in upskilling people in the workplace, and helping people into work. We provide the full wrap around service from start to finish on our programmes.
We offer an array of services, ranging from pre employment and recruitment services to delivering long accredited qualifications in the workplace setting. We operate locally but also nationally working with large well known companies and brands, to micro/small to medium businesses.
ET have a diverse range of sector competent specialists who deliver our programmes of learning, and ensure we are always identifying key themes and trends in our delivery programmes to give our 'learners' the best possible experience.
NET are joining Team Lincolnshire because we are passionate about what we do, and what we are trying to achieve. We want to help solve employers problems, and be responsive to their needs. We specialise in making everything we do 'employer led'. Within the different areas of NET, employers are at the heart of what we do, with them often being involved in co writing the programmes with us.
We feel we can be an asset to Team Lincolnshire by providing it's members and ambassadors the support they may need, specifically at the moment with the skills bootcamps which have been newly appointed to us by the GLLEP.
