Addison Hunt are built environment professionals based in the East Midlands.
We offer a comprehensive range of quantity surveying and project management services which include cost management, cost planning, procurement advice, contract administration, measurement, valuations, and final account settlement.
As well as working for end Clients, we also work with Sub-Contractors and Main Contractors. This capability and direct access to current market costs and information complements and informs our work with end Clients.
Our business, a Chartered practice with the RICS, is led by Directors Chris Hunt and Simon Collin who have over 50 years combined experience covering Client representation, Sub-contracting and Main contracting.
Alongside Chris and Simon currently sit 10 professionals working in a variety of sectors including retail, blue light, modular housing, commercial, MOD, MOJ, care, refurbishment and housing.We have both clients and employees who reside in Lincolnshire, and it has become a key region of growth for us. Team Lincolnshire allows us the opportunity to engage with other individuals and business who echo our enthusiasm for the area. We are looking to actively participate in initiatives to promote and improve the region.
