Skegness Gateway (SG) is a 136-hectare site to the West of the town which, subject to a Local Development Order with East Lindsey District Council, will deliver a major new sustainable urban extension for Skegness. The development is ‘all encompassing’ and will provide hundreds of jobs, a brand-new college, much-needed amenities and new homes for the area. We believe the SG will help the town take its rightful place in the East Midlands as a place with opportunity and ambition.
