PING golf equipment is only assembled in three locations worldwide; Phoenix (USA), Tokyo (Japan) and Gainsborough (UK). Ping Europe, formerly Karsten UK, was formed in 1973 to assemble, manufacture and distribute PING product to the UK, mainland Europe, Iceland, South Africa and Dubai. Based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, PING Europe now employs over 250 people and has a combined service length in excess of 1500 years. The company also owns Thonock Park, formerly Gainsborough Golf Club, and has made significant investment to make the club not only a destination for golf but also for accommodation, function and conference facilities.
