As one of the leading housing groups in the Midlands and East of England, Longhurst Group owns and manages more than 21,000 homes, providing care and support services and employing more than 1,200 people.
Comprising Longhurst & Havelok Homes, Friendship Care & Housing, Axiom Housing Association, Spire Homes and commercial development arm Keystone, Longhurst Group has a strategy to deliver more than 3,000 mixed tenure new homes over the next five years.
Formed in 2001, Keystone is delivering an ambitious development programme which includes a 400-home joint venture with Westleigh Partnerships at Carrington Gardens in Humberston, Lincolnshire and a 36-home luxury living scheme for the over 55’s at Home Grange, Lincoln, in partnership with Gusto.
In 2006, Longhurst Group, together with the Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) founded The Blue Skies Consortium, a respected collection of likeminded housing associations that work in partnership to develop homes that meet localised housing needs.
With its roots in the county and offices based in key locations throughout the region, Longhurst Group are proud to be part of Team Lincolnshire and its ambassador programme.
