Lindum is an employee-owned construction company with its head office in North Hykeham, near Lincoln.
We manage new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects and have a vast portfolio of work across a variety of sectors. We have experience of working on ‘live’ sites and managing developments on greenfield and brownfield land.Our business operates by understanding and building relationships with customers, getting to know properly what they need. This approach has led to a large number of repeat clients.
The majority of our employees are shareholders, meaning we have a committed workforce taking pride in providing the best service we can for our clients.
We have received awards for our apprenticeship and training programmes and for investing in education and we regularly feature in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to work for list.
