Our passion is delivering buildings using innovation, creativity and technical expertise. This was the founding philosophy of Couch Perry Wilkes in 1978 and it is a philosophy that has endured to the present day and for our future progression.
We are very active in and around Lincolnshire, with a client base which is growing organically on the back of our strong local reputation. We have extensive experience in Education, Residential, Student Residential, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Process, and Food sectors, all of which are very relevant to Lincolnshire’s growth plans.
We have represented Team Lincoln at the MIPIM property conference in Cannes for several years and are founding members of the Dynamic Lincoln property and construction lunch club.
