Eddisons incorporating Banks Long & Co are an RICS accredited firm of Chartered Surveyors and Development Consultants. We are proud to help champion the drive to promote the County’s attributes to firms looking to expand or relocate into Lincolnshire, as well as property developers and major investors.
The firm see it as our duty to fly the flag and promote the county wherever possible, particularly through our membership of various regional and national property focused and general business organisations.
We have grown notably over recent years due to our involvement with a range of landmark, award winning development schemes and notable disposals. In 2023 we were delighted to join the team at Eddisons with the acquisition reinforcing its existing operations East of England & East Midlands where it already has a number of regional offices.
Each member of our team is committed to ensuring that people are aware of how much Lincolnshire has to offer as a cost-effective, well-connected location with a diverse skills base.
